Admissions

Sacred Heart School is currently accepting applications for all grades, Pre-K through 8th Grade. Applications are available by clicking here for the K-8 Registration form or in the school office.

Presenting a child for admission to Sacred Heart School requires the completion of a student admissions application and submitting it to the school office, along with the following necessary documentation  (click here to print a checklist):

1.    Birth Certificate

2.    Immunization records

3.    Child's most recent report card (if applicable)

4.    Child's most recent achievement test scores (if applicable)

5.    Teacher recommendations

A placement test will be given to new students for a nominal fee. Age requirements for all children entering Sacred Heart School in Kindergarten or 1st Grade classes must meet the age requirements as outlined by their respective school districts. The child's birth certificate must be presented for proof of age.

Open House

Prospective families for all grades are encouraged to attend Sacred Heart School's Open House during Catholic Schools Week in February and visit for a day. For a schedule of activities during Catholic Schools Week, click here. Individual tours throughout the year are also available and may be scheduled by contacting the school office at 845-783-0365.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition for the 2009-2010 school year is based on the number of your children attending the school. Introductory tuition rates are offered to new students in their first year. Click here for the 2009-2010 Tuition Plan.
